Loose Eye Shadow Dusts: How to Apply
Application: Use a
sponge-tipped eye shadow applicator to apply - you’ll get easier spreadability.
Just dip the applicator into the loose eye shadow dust, then tap off the excess powder, and glide the applicator over your eyelid. Apply lightly for a hint of sparkle, or reapply several times for more intense color.
Lighter tones - Apply onto the eyelid just above the pupil. Can also be blended underneath the eyebrow as a highlighter.
Bright or dark tones - Use alone for intense color, or layer over dark eye shadows for extra sparkle.
